Amatuer Tea Processing: A Day In The Life » Mauna Kea Tea

Mr. and Mrs. Wang’s tea won the colour contest, hands down; a much more appealing tone.

Floral, light, and milky in smell, their tea was smooth, sweet, rounded, lightly milky and buttery in flavour.

Our tea, likewise, smelled milky and slightly more robust; less floral, however. This tea was slightly sharper, less buttery, with a little more body and more aftertaste.

Two swell cups of tea.
