On the left is Mr. and Mrs. Wangs High Mountain Jade Oolong from the Dong Ding Tea Garden in Alishan range.

On the right, is our attempt to mimic this tea in small hand-crafted batches. When I say “our,” I mean the group who attended the Taiwan Oolong Study Tour this year with Thomas Shu and Josephine Pan. This was the tea we produced on Day 3 of the 7-day tour.
